We stayed at Clear Lake State Park, near Atlanta, MI. The park is divided into two sections, with each section containing two loops. The sites in the lower section are closer to the beach. The sites in the upper section are a little more secluded. The bathroom/shower facilities were clean and updated. It was quite shaded throughout the park. The beach is just a short distance from your campsite. It was well groomed and the lake is one of the cleanest we have encountered in our travels. This is a good place to stay if you are interested in viewing the elk herd located nearby.
